By Metro:
The Hartford Building is located directly across
from the Clarendon Metro Station, which is accessible via the

From Washington, DC:
Take the Roosevelt Bridge toward Virginia and
exit IMMEDIATELY after the bridge onto Route 50 west. Travel approximately
1 mile and take the right exit for 10th Street. Turn right at
the second light onto Washington Boulevard. Go 2-3 blocks to the
stoplight at Wilson Boulevard. Turn right onto Wilson Boulevard
(which will become Clarendon Boulevard). Turn left onto N Highland
Street and the Hartford Building will be on your left at the intersection
of N Highland Street and Wilson Boulevard.
From Route 66 east toward DC:
Exit at Glebe Road/Ballston. The exit ramp will
become N Fairfax Drive. Travel about 1 mile and then take a left
onto Wilson Boulevard (which will later become Clarendon Boulevard).
Turn left onto N Highland Street and the Hartford Building will
be on your left at the intersection of N Highland Street and Wilson
Boulevard.
From Interstate 395 (traveling either
north or south):
Exit at Washington Boulevard and head west.
Travel approximately 2 miles to the stoplight at Wilson Boulevard.
Turn right onto Wilson Boulevard (which will become Clarendon
Boulevard). Turn left onto N Highland Street and the Hartford
Building will be on your left at the intersection of N Highland
Street and Wilson Boulevard.
From Reagan National Airport:

(6 miles / approx. 15 minutes) Proceed toward the Airport
exit to Washington, DC and take the George Washington Memorial
Parkway north. Continue toward the Memorial Bridge (Route
50W) / Arlington Cemetery. Go 1 mile. Take Route 50 west
(Arlington Boulevard) and drive 1 mile. Take the Fairfax
Drive exit toward Clarendon. Go 0.4 miles and turn right
onto N. Danville Street and then left onto Wilson Boulevard.
Go 0.3 miles and the Hartford will be ahead on your right
at the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and N Highland Street. |

Airport:

By Car:
(23 miles / approx. 40 minutes) Proceed toward the Airport
exit on Dulles Airport Access Road for 0.1 mile. Continue
on Saarinen Circle toward the terminal for 0.2 miles. Continue
on Copilot Way for 0.1 mile. Turn right onto Cargo Drive.
Cargo Drive will become Aviation Drive. Go 0.5 miles. Turn
left onto the Dulles Airport Access Road and proceed 14 miles.
Continue on VA-267 east for 2.3 miles. Continue on Interstate-66
east for 5.1 miles. Take the Lee Highway / Route 29 / Spout
Run Parkway exit (#72). Turn right onto Route 29 north and
proceed 0.2 miles. Turn right onto N Highland Street and drive
0.5 miles. The Hartford Building will be on your right at
the intersection of N Highland Street and Wilson Boulevard. |

follow the signs for ground transportation, which will lead
you directly to the SuperShuttle boarding area located on

Service: Providing direct transportation between
Dulles Airport and the West Falls Church (VA) Metro Station,
Washington Flyer Coach Service is available every 30 minutes.
The Coach can be boarded from the main terminal at Door 4
located on the arrivals level. Once at the West Falls Church
Metro Station, take the Orange Line toward New Carrollton,
exiting at the fourth stop (Clarendon). The Hartford is directly
across from the Clarendon Metro Station. |

International Airport:

(40 miles / approx. 1 hour) Proceed toward the Airport Exit.
Continue on Metropolitan Boulevard and take I-195 west. Go
1.3 miles. Take the Baltimore/Washington Parkway / MD 295
south exit (#2B) toward Washington, DC and drive 24 miles.
Take the Route 50 west exit toward Washington, DC and drive
2.4 miles. Continue on Route 1-ALT south / Route 50 west for
2.6 miles. Turn left on I-395 south and drive 3.5 miles. Take
the ramp toward Arlington Cemetery (#10C) and continue on
the George Washington Memorial Parkway north for 0.6 miles.
Continue toward the Memorial Bridge (US-50W) / Arlington Cemetery
for 1.1 miles. Take Route 50 west (Arlington Boulevard) and
drive 1 mile. Take the Fairfax Drive exit toward Clarendon.
Go 0.4 miles and turn right onto N. Danville Street and then
left onto Wilson Boulevard. Go 0.3 miles and the Hartford
will be ahead on your right at the intersection of Wilson

Amtrak trains provide
service from the BWI Rail Station, where free shuttles
serve the Airport terminal. The BWI Rail Station can
be reached at (410) 672-6169. You can board the Amtrak
Train to Washington’s Union Station from the BWI
Rail Station. Once at Union Station, take the Red Line
toward Shady Grove. Get off at the third stop (Metro
Center) and take the Orange Line toward Vienna/Fairfax.
Clarendon will be your sixth stop. Amtrak Passenger

MARC Trains provide service
from the BWI Rail Station, where free shuttles serve
the Airport terminal. The BWI Rail Station can be reached
at (410) 672-6169. You can board the Amtrak Train to
Washington’s Union Station from the BWI Rail Station.
Once at Union Station, take the Red Line toward Shady
Grove. Get off at the third stop (Metro Center) and
take the Orange Line toward Vienna/Fairfax. Clarendon
