Stanley has been a prime contractor under the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Commercial Enterprise Omnibus support services (CEOss) BPA contract since 2006.

This indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) business model serves as the Command’s principal medium for acquiring contractor support services. There is no maximum dollar limitation on any task order, nor any minimum order amount assigned to the BPAs.

MCSC has established four functional domains within the CEOss contract vehicle. Stanley is a prime on the Specialty Engineering domain.

• Acquisition, Logistics and Administrative Services (ALA)
• Business and Analytical Services (BA)
• Engineering and Scientific Services (ES)
• Specialty Engineering Services (SE)
