To order Stanley’s products from our GSA
IT Schedule 70 contract, please use the following steps:
1. Identify three schedule contractors
that provide products conforming to the agency’s
requirements.
2. Review the prices
offered by the selected contractor by reviewing individual
price lists tendered by the vendors and/or reviewing prices
listed on the GSA Advantage! online shopping service.
3. Place the order to the schedule
contractor offering the best value for the agency’s
requirements. For purposes of best-value determination,
agencies may consider the following factors in addition
to price:

· Past performance
· Special features of product required for effective
program
performance · Trade-in considerations
· Probable life of item selected versus that
of comparable items · Warranty considerations
· Maintenance availability · Environmental
and energy considerations · Delivery terms |
4. For
orders exceeding the maximum order threshold
(the maximum order threshold is set forth in the schedule
contractors price list), solicit competition from at least
one additional schedule contractor. After completing the
best-value determination, request additional price reductions
from the schedule contractor determined to represent the
best value. An order may be placed, however, even though
additional price reductions are not offered.
