Stanley offers the services associated with the special item numbers (SINs) listed below in the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Federal Supply Schedule contract.

Consulting Services (874-1):
Stanley provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational and business improvement efforts. We offer the skills, experience, and versatility to assist organizations achieve measurable results and increase productivity. This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Consultation services include, but are not limited to:

· Strategic, business and action planning
· Process and productivity improvement
· Systems alignment
· Leadership systems
· Cycle time
· High performance work
· Performance measures and indicators
· Program audits, and evaluations

Facilitation Services (874-2):
Stanley provides facilitation and related decision support services to agencies engaging in collaboration efforts, working groups, or integrated product, process, or self-directed teams. Agencies bringing together diverse teams and/or groups with common and divergent interests may require a neutral party to assist them in:

· Resolving disputes, disagreements, and divergent views
· Use of problem solving techniques
· Defining and refining the agenda
· Debriefing and overall meeting planning
· Meeting/conference support when performing technical facilitation
· Convening and leading large and small group briefings and
  discussions
· Providing a draft for the permanent record
· Recording discussion content and focusing decision-making
· Preparing draft and final reports for dissemination

Survey Services (874-3):
Stanley offers a full range of survey services to help organizations identify customer requirements and assess how well the organization is meeting these requirements. Our analysis of the results and our recommendations provide each customer with specific actions that will support achieving organizational goals and objectives and improving customer satisfaction. Throughout each phase of the surveying process, Stanley works closely with our customers to identify specific requirements, and we tailor our approach to meet these requirements. In this way, we ensure that our reasoning and methods can be implemented and that the survey produces valid and unbiased results and measures the intended elements. Survey services include, but are not limited to:

· Planning survey design
· Sampling; survey development
· Pretesting/pilot surveying
· Defining and refining the agenda
· Survey database administration
· Assessing reliability and validity of data
· Determining proper survey data collection methodology
· Administering surveys
· Analyzing survey data
· Production of reports to include, but not limited to: description and   summary of results with associated graphs, charts, and tables;   description of data collection and survey administration methods;   discussion of sample characteristics and the representative nature of   data; analysis of non-response; and briefings of results to include   discussion of recommendations and potential follow-up actions

Program Integration & Project Management Services (874-7):
Stanley provides services in the management, integration, and programs and projects. These services may include, but are not limited to: program management, program oversight, project management, and program integration.
