Advanced Engineering & Planning Corporation, Inc. (AEPCO) has successfully provided support services to the Program Executive Office, Aviation, and the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) for over 12 years. The quality of their support was recognized when they won the "Best Value" Full and Open Logistics Contract for the Programmatic and Technical Support (PATS III) competition, the Logistics OMNIBUS 2000 contract, and most recently the AMCOM EXPRESS (Logistics domain). The Army Systems Group is currently providing a full range of support services to the AH-64 Apache, UH-60 BLACK HAWK, CH-47 Chinook, Fixed Wing, and Aviation Electronic Systems PMOs. AEPCO also supports the AMCOM Integrated Materiel Management Center, Materiel Management, Maintenance, Weapon System Management, and Aviation Systems Directorates. Axicor Incorporated, a minority women-owned and HUBZone certified small business, complements the Stanley FIRST Team by specializing in providing FORSCOM RESET support for M85 Laundry Units, Mobile Kitchen Trailers, and generators. Through joint initiative with Axicor, FORSCOM was able to salvage an aging M85 program desperately needed during the initial phases of the war and make use of equipment previously thought obsolete.

BearingPoint is one of the world’s largest management consulting, systems integration, and managed services firms serving Government agencies. BLACKHAWK Management Corporation (BLACKHAWK) is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified, and small disadvantaged business and is a multi-disciplined ISO 9001:2000 compliant, technology-based firm serving the DoD, aerospace, and commercial communities. Within the specific areas of task support, BLACKHAWK provides experience on Government Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and a quick start with regard to moving rapidly into a structured logistics support management environment.

Founded in 1991, BMAR & Associates LLC (BMAR) is headquartered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, just outside of Fort Campbell Kentucky. In September 2005, BMAR was acquired by The Linc Group LLC, a company with 27 years of commercial facility management experience. The acquisition expanded the reach of both companies to virtually every state in the U.S. and to multiple foreign countries. BMAR is now represented with additional offices in Washington D.C, Atlanta, Irvine, Pittsburgh, Boston, and Houston. As a result of the acquisition BMAR gained increased management depth from the addition of Mr. Leslie Cunningham as their Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cunningham brings 26 years of Army logistical experience to BMAR and was instrumental in developing many of the logistics support programs currently being executed through FORSCOM and the Army. Booz-Allen Hamilton has been at the forefront of management consulting for businesses and Governments for more than 90 years. The Transformation Life Cycle is a framework that combines Booz Allen’s service offerings, best practices, and intellectual capital for multi-dimension change (people, process, technology, physical infrastructure). They provide financial management/planning, programming, budgeting and execution support, cost modeling as well as EVM implementation and Web system enabling. Bowhead Information Technology Services, Inc. (BITS) is a subsidiary of the Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation (UIC) Technology and Professional Services Group. Both companies are Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs). BITS is a certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business. Bowhead currently provides a wide range of services to other Government agencies including Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Transportation, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division.

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. (CALIBRE) builds and delivers practical, timely, best value solutions to solve management, technology, and program challenges. Their core competencies fall into two areas: Management Services and Technology Services. Relevant to the FIRST contract the Management Services include: Strategic Planning, Decision Support, Program and Operations Management, Logistics Management, Financial and Cost Management, and Installation and Land Management as well as Safety and Health Compliance. CALIBRE also has significant capability to address FIRST technology challenges through their core competencies of Information Technology and Environmental Technology.

Conley & Associates, Inc. (CAI) is a woman-owned, 8(a) certified, small disadvantaged business that provides training and technical solutions for DoD and other Federal agencies for the past 15 years. CAI has earned a reputation as an innovative and creative company providing outstanding services and support to client agencies including “contractor on the battlefield” support. CAI supports their primary client, the Army Material Command and its program managers, by providing turn-key integration solutions for Army Command; Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. This support includes research and development, conceptual design, system installation, training, technical documentation, and Integrated Logistics Support to fielding of new or improved C4ISR systems. CAI provides a strong set of training development, including exercise design and support, and research, development and acquisition (RDA), skills. CAI’s headquarters is in Ballwin, Missouri with field offices in Newport News, Virginia, Davenport, Iowa, Sterling Heights, Michigan and Warner Robins, Georgia.

Deployed Resources LLC is a veteran-owned small business that specializes in temporary life support facilities and related equipment. They design, manufacture, operate, and reconstitute mobile support equipment; and also operate large temporary base facilities. Further, they build modular mobile (containerized) showers, toilets, sink units, laundries, berthing units, kitchens, TOCs, and MWR units. Depres will support Deployment Logistics needs through installation support facilities at Power Projection Platforms where existing facilities cannot accommodate troop rotations. Depres provides a capability to augment temporary kitchens, barracks and other required base functions in a turnkey manner to support soldiers en route, returning from, or training for theatre operations.

Digicon Corporation is a small business and provides federal, state, and local Government and commercial enterprises with fully integrated industry standard and custom-made IT solutions. Digicon’s core competencies, which cover a broad range of IT requirements, derive from 21 years of experience, backed by the training, certifications, and experience of our technical and managerial staffs. These competencies include networking, software development, systems integration, network security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

DRS Radian is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company and is a key provider of logistics and engineering services. Successful generator reset support, as a subcontractor to Stanley Associates, is being provided to the FLRC LAMA site. DRS Radian provides expertise to the FORSCOM RESET Program, supporting CECOM Generator RESET at FLRC Lumberton, as well as provisioning of FSSP hose and fittings and fuel bladders and liners. In addition, Radian performed a similar task for USARC enabling both FORSCOM and USARC units to upgrade their FSSP equipment readiness. DRS Radian also provides total Contractor Logistics Support for the newly fielded MPDS equipment and is the systems integrator for the Program Manager for Mobile Equipment Power. Program manager support is currently being provided to the FORSCOM Logistics Training Cluster in support of all Army water training. DRS Radian also provides Logistics Maintenance support to TACOM for their War Reserve IPDS assets located at Sierra Army Depot, Doha Qatar, and Camp Zama Japan; they also provide Enterprise System supply support through EssiBuy.

Eagle Support Services Corporation (ESSC), an ISO 9001:2000 registered company, is our key provider of maintenance services. A highly successful LOGJAMSS I prime contractor, ESS, among many other tasks, provides management and maintenance personnel supporting Organizational and Direct Support (DS) level maintenance requirements of the Fort Campbell FORSCOM Logistics Readiness Center (FLRC). In addition, ESS augments the Camp Shelby and Fort. Riley DOLs providing production control, shop supply, and requisition expediting/tracking expertise. ESS also provides transportation and management personnel who provide Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) support services to the Fort. Benning Director of Logistics (DOL) and operate the Defense Distribution Depot Guam (DDGM), a standard Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Depot.

Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. (EMA) provides logistics management, development, and business process services to a broad spectrum of Federal customers including the U.S. Army FORSCOM and Special Operations communities. Their knowledge and experience as it pertains to planning, development, management, operation and maintenance of logistics systems is unparalleled within the industry. EMA thoroughly understands that Supply and Value Chain Management is not simply a matter of loading a software application or installing a new piece of hardware. EMA’s goal is to develop and manage a strategy for their clients with the ultimate goal being a mechanism through which all the functions can be integrated together. They also understand personalization is important, every client has different expectations and goals therefore they design their products based on customer needs, not on the demands of the e-tools. General Dynamics Information Technology is a leading systems integration company that provides mission, operational and information technology enterprise support to the U.S. Government. HEI has been involved with the military for most of its 20+ year history, with successful projects with all branches. HEI’s in-house capabilities separate it from other small businesses. HEI has maintained its core commitment to being a premier equipment manufacturer, while enhancing their capabilities in other areas. In-house they have capabilities ranging from production facilities (fabrication, welding, painting, RESET, electrical assemblies, etc), engineering (including advanced CAD and design services), and logistical services (including planning, inventory control, shipping, TM/TO development, management functions and the like). HEI focuses on troop support equipment – with systems such as ROWPU’s, water heaters, shower/shaves/latrines as some of their core products. Their success is evidenced by hundreds of contracts, including many sole-source multi-million dollar efforts over the years. SYColeman (SYC) provides consultation and facilitation services to Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Management Services and Administration Directorate (RMS) to assess and measure performance and to enhance operational effectiveness of activities in the areas of long-range planning, facilities management, and integrated logistics infrastructure associated with MDA’s evolving organizational transition. They also manage and oversee all of the MDA supply and value chain management services from inventory and asset management. Maine Military Authority (MMA), HUBZone designated small business, has been rebuilding military vehicles for the National Guard Bureau since 1997. Over this 9-year period, MMA has produced over 4,700 HMMWVs, 5-ton trucks, D-7 Bulldozers, Mobil Kitchen Trailers (MKT), and various engineering equipment. MMA are experts in HMMWV rebuild and developed the first HMMWV rebuild SOW and is the only HMMWV rebuild center for the National Guard Bureau. MMA also supports TACOM’s HMMWV seed vehicle program and RESET program providing an invaluable service by helping to fill unit shortages at a cost significantly lower than other Depots.

McLane Advanced Technologies, LLC, is a rapidly growing Information Technology/Logistics Management Sciences (IT/Logs) business that offers a full suite of technical solutions, including development of logistics management and database systems, computer based training modules, systems integration, website application development and business IT software. In April 2004, MAT, as the only subcontractor on the Galaxy Team, was awarded a government contract to modernize three U.S. Army logistics systems (Unit Level Logistics System Ground (ULLS-G), Standard Army Maintenance System-1 & 2 (SAMS-1& 2)) into the highly successful Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E), and to develop the training systems necessary to train hundreds of soldiers annually. Orion Technology, Inc. is an 8(a) and HUBZone designated small business. Orion complements the Stanley FIRST Team by providing their specific expertise to support production cleaning services for combat vehicles and all their associated components. They also support platform instructors, fielding training teams (NET), NCOES and specialty training & support teams, generate POIs, lesson plans, technical writing, train-the-trainer, and simulation trainers. Support maintenance planning, automated supply support, administrative support, facilities support, equipment support, warehouse support, MWO support, material handling support, manpower and personnel and weapon support. They provide technical services for range operations, range maintenance support, range cadre support, and specialties range support and information technology services in the form of help desk operations, database technology, network administration, integration and tool design, and network cabling. They also provide system requirements and design tradeoff, modeling and simulation and system integration. Finally they provide medical (Physicians, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Medical Assistants) and technical (CT Scan, Open MRI, Sonogram and X-ray) staffing.

P E Systems, Inc. is a small disadvantaged business founded in 1971. The company was established to provide technical, scientific, and programmatic management and systems acquisition support to the DoD and other Government agencies. P E Systems employees directly support tasks involving office automation support in the day-to-day operation of SDDC employee personal computers, individual account access and close-out, help-desk operations, etc.; systems network support for the SDDC transportation operating programs that track the movement of surface cargo worldwide; computer center support services through the operation and maintenance of servers at 11 sites worldwide, daily back-up of all transactions, and oversight and maintenance of the interface between servers to ensure continuous operations throughout the system; and logistics media support by assisting in preparing and presenting briefings, teleconferences and other media channels.

Portal Dynamics, Inc. is a veteran-owned small business that connects critical information to key users--customers, suppliers, and employees-- through e-business solutions. Portal Dynamics creates information architecture in collaboration with all stakeholders and provides information services to facilitate collaboration among all team members, including both Government, and industry. Army Logisticians have come to rely on Portal Dynamic’s proven capabilities for Soldier Focused Logistics (SFL), Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Material and Supply Chain Management, supporting units/organizations ranging from the front line (4th Infantry Division as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom) to the rear echelon (Anniston Army Depot). EAI Corporation specializes in providing logistics solutions for multiple Government customers. With an extensive network of non-exclusive manufacturer agreements EAI creates cost efficient and performance effective packages for customers, including no-cost inventory, consumable, shelf-life, maintenance, and calibration control.
