6 Sigma Technology Group (6STG) is a small, veteran-owned organization that provides services including lean six sigma, theory of constraints, value stream management, ITIL, software systems design, process automation, cost analysis, force structure and manpower analysis, strategic planning, goal deployment, training, facilitation, and related disciplines incorporated into the USMC Continuous Process Improvement Guidebook. 6 Sigma Technology Group currently provides these services to the USMC through a MOBIS contract via the Marine Corps Business Enterprise Office (MCBEO). The 6STG team of consultants has audited NAVSEA Green Belt training, co-taught, clearing criteria to be an approved NAVSEA Green Belt instructor. The team is also on track for approval for the NavSea Black Belt class.

Applied Knowledge Group (AKG) is a small business and technology consulting company that provides tailored collaboration solutions. AKG is proud to be a Microsoft Certified Partner specializing in the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Reston, VA, AKG helps federal, nonprofit and commercial organizations centralize employee knowledge and establish virtual work environments through the use of collaboration strategies, tools and best-practice user adoption methods. Client engagements include a 32,000-seat Microsoft SharePoint implementation for the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as engagements with FedEx Kinkos, TV Guide, the United States Marine Corps, Learning Tree, the American Association of Railroads, and many others.

Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) is a CEOss prime contractor in the Business and Analytical (BA) domain. BAH has supported nearly every MCSC Product Group and many external customers, including Armor and Fire Support Systems (AFSS); Expeditionary Fire Support System (EFSS); Low Altitude Air Defense (LAAD); Test, Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment (TMDE); PM Operations Center (OC); M1A1 Firepower Enhancement Program (FEP); Complimentary Low Altitude Weapons System (CLAWS); Direct Reporting Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle (DRPM AAAV); Light Armored Vehicle Service Life Extension Program (LAV SLEP); Battlespace Management and Air Defense (BMADS); Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Expeditionary Family of Fighting Vehicles (MEFFV); Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC); MAGTF Command and Control (MAGTF C2) Weapons and Sensors, Development and Integration (MC2I); Ground Transportation and Engineer Support (GTES); Global Combat Support System – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC); Global Broadcast System (GBS); and MAGTF Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).

BRTRC brings more than 10 years of professional services and IT experience to Team Stanley. HCI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone and Small Disadvantaged Business that has teamed with Stanley in support of many efforts similar to those in CEOss and brings vast qualifications on a variety of GSA schedules and Agency IDIQ contracts as both a prime and subcontractor. We are adding HCI to our team to increase our small business participation.

Camber Corporation was founded in 1990 and is a large business with more than 1,500 employees. They are a total lifecycle systems management company that provides every Service and many Joint offices with comprehensive acquisition and program management support, from concept inception, through manufacturing and production, to disposal. Support is focused on correcting deficiencies, reducing costs, improving management efficiencies and expediting the delivery of capabilities to our warfighters.

DCS Corporation (DCS) is a CEOss prime contractor in the Engineering and Scientific (ES) domain. They have specialty engineering experience and capability in translating requirements to system design; hands-on technical assessments; specification preparation; modeling and simulation; test data analysis; development of field deployable prototype systems; and in-depth analyses of technology trends and emerging concepts with core technical competencies in electro-optic sensors, vehicle electronic architecture and C4ISR systems. DCS currently supports MCSC PG 10, PG 11, PG 13, ACLCL and the HQMC Aviation Branch in the Engineering and Scientific domain.

Decision Engineering Associates (DEA) is a small, veteran-owned business headquartered in Woodbridge, VA. DEA brings specific logistics trade studies and cost benefit analysis, risk analysis and recommendations expertise to the team. DEA is a full service provider of systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support, specializing in addressing the range of activities that support operations and investments for federal government agencies. DEA provides technical and program support for the Marine Corps Wargaming Division within the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory at Quantico, VA; analytical and research tasks for the Marine Corps Studies and Analyses Branch at the Marine Corps Combat Development Command at Quantico; and program support for the Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Ships Program in the Installation and Logistics and Plans, Policies, and Operations Departments at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps.

DynCorp International LLC (DI) is the largest services only provider to the U.S. Government. Since 1951, through their legacy companies, they have provided proven, time-tested experience, industry leading technology, and quality personnel to the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Agriculture, foreign Government agencies, international alliances and commercial businesses. DI provides aviation and other services support with a global network of more than 14,000 employees at 550 locations worldwide in 35 countries on 6 continents. They are currently executing more than 150 contracts throughout the world with an annual value of $1.9B, with more than half of that total directly related to military contracts and delivery order support. DI has the critical task knowledge and capability to perform these services, and their proven management and technical approaches provide reduced overhead, emphasis on quality, an efficient and responsible workforce and increased productivity.

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is a CEOss prime contractor in the Engineering and Scientific (ES) domain. GDIT supports nearly all of the USMC’s Battlespace Management and Air Defense (BMADS) initiatives including Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S), CLAWS and GATOR (the GWLR/MRRS replacement). GDIT employs more than 10,000 people worldwide and is focused on the development, design and integration of secure communication, information and technology solutions. GDIT is a longtime CEOss prime contractor in the Engineering and Scientific (ES) domain. The company is the world leader in the development of C4ISR systems, supporting the USMC in the development and implementation of Blue Force Tracking, FICCS, JSTARS, JTRS, SMART-T, TDN, CONDOR and DCGS-I. Similarly, General Dynamics is a recognized leader in the area of Armor and Fire Support Systems (AFSS) and Ground Transportation and Engineer Systems (GTES). They are responsible for the AAAV/EFV program, the M1A1 FEP, the AAV RAM/RS program, the AAV Mods program, and the development of the Assault Breacher Vehicle (ABV).

HCI is a service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone and small disadvantaged business that brings to the team more than 10 years of professional services and IT experience in support of efforts similar to those in CEOss. HCI offers vast qualifications on a variety of GSA schedules and agency ID/IQ contracts—as both a prime and subcontractor.

INS/Lockheed Martin Corporation (INS/LMC) is a CEOss prime contractor in the Acquisition, Logistics, and Administration (ALA) domain of CEOss. INS/LMC is a valued subcontractor to Stanley, providing industry leadership in many of the CEOss critical aspects and providing more than 135,000 employees worldwide to facilitate the depth and breadth of resources needed to fulfill the CEOss needs. Lockheed Martin Technical Services business sector continues to provide a wide range of professional services to a diverse group of federal customers in locations ranging from Qatar to Hawaii to Puerto Rico. Lockheed Martin’s services include acquisition logistics encompassing POM and budget support, maintenance and logistics plans, new equipment fielding and support program management, and full lifecycle services; field and operational logistics encompassing privatization and outsourcing studies, supply chain management, integrated logistics overhaul (ILO), physical distribution, training and education, engineering services, facility maintenance, health affairs, and military family support; international programs, including foreign military sales (FMS) and security cooperation; and information technology lifecycle services.

Impact Resources Technologies (IRT) is a small, woman-owned business with demonstrated success working with Stanley as a subcontractor on several USMC contracts. IRT specializes in information technology, IT project management, system acquisition, requirements management, lifecycle support, and military logistics operational planning and execution. IRT delivers strategic IT related services to the MARCORSYSCOM. These activities are focused on ERPS project management, implementation and integration planning, internet technologies and systems development, and tactical communications integration. IRT has developed the full range and depth of acquisition documents and strategies for ACAT IAM through abbreviated acquisition programs and managed working integrated product teams to support program acquisition for IT programs, logistics and logistics C2.

Joint Research and Development, Inc. (JRAD) is a small, woman-owned business consisting of specialty engineers with the experience to assist programs and program office personnel in cradle to grave lifecycle acquisition, test and evaluation, and transition to field engineering and analytical services. JRAD performs its mission through a framework of expertise, community structure and unbiased perspective. By supporting key decision-makers, with reliable information and unbiased technical advice, JRAD personnel help transform defense objectives into defense achievements.

M2 Technologies, Inc., is a small, woman-owned organization that will help increase Stanley’s small business participation. They focus on one goal—to provide high quality, responsive support services enabling governments, academic institutions and commercial customers to achieve their critical missions. M2 Technologies is at the forefront of development and exploration of emerging technologies, innovative concepts and creative techniques that provide non-traditional capabilities skill sets to individuals, the military and law enforcement agencies. M2's background in non-lethal applications, environmental issues, foreign technology, domestic interface, consensus building, current combat command perspective, intelligence, port security focus, nanotechnology, non-traditional solutions, and operational skills help to make our team especially and uniquely qualified and current on a number of complex factors. They have focused breadth and real world experience in non-lethals, foreign technology, intelligence, combat commands, communications, nanotechnology, environmental analysis, nontraditional solutions, chem/bio response, defense and remediation.

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a small business and long time Stanley partner with a specialized focus on information assurance and security. TDI was established in 2001 to pursue information assurance (IA) and information security (IS) consulting services as its core competency. As a focused company specializing in information security, they provide personalized and dedicated service. Since inception, TDI has led or participated in more than 100 separate IA/IS tasks in both the government and commercial areas. In addition to concentrating on work in the IA area, TDI continues to pursue and guide the latest developments in IT security through active lecturing at IS conventions, publishing cyber-security articles, and working on the cutting edge of several information security development programs.

Tec-Masters, Inc (TMI) is an ISO 9001:2000 certified small business that provides specialty engineering capabilities and proven performance working with Stanley on AMCOM Express. TMI capabilities include the full spectrum of support required by combat equipment users and materiel developers, government agencies, academia, private industry and international space programs. TMI currently provides comprehensive materiel acquisition system support to all phases of system development, from concept definition through weapon systems production, fielding and sustainment.

Thomas Associates, Inc. (TAI) is an 8(a)-certified, woman-owned, small disadvantaged business that provides program management support, training products development, systems engineering, acquisition and logistics support, human systems integration analysis, technical data creation, and lifecycle management to the U.S. military, U.S. Coast Guard, corporations and nonprofit organizations. With six office locations, including Quantico Town, TAI focuses on providing products, such as computer-based training modules, engineering designs, curriculum development and policy writing services, to customers. TAI hires smart, motivated people who can thrive and succeed in a variety of projects. As a result, turnover is low and TAI can offer experienced, proven capabilities to customers.

Whitney, Bradley, & Brown (WBB) is a large business that currently employs more than 300 highly qualified consultants and service support personnel nationwide. WBB personnel are carefully selected to meet the highest standards for operational, acquisition and analytical expertise. WBB is a leading developer of Concept of Operations (ConOps) used to form solid, operational foundations for functional tradeoff analyses, programmatic decisions, marketing and system engineering studies. Customers include Army Transformation, Joint Strike Fighter, JSF STOVL, CVNX, DD21, and Navy Land Attack and Surface Fire Support. WBB conducts capabilities (JCIDS), operations and requirements analyses which include effectiveness, cost and affordability trade studies and cost as an independent variable (CAIV) analyses. WBB personnel developed the original methodology for CAIV analysis used by the Joint Strike Fighter Joint Program Office. Their analytical work brings operational understanding and insight to cost and performance modeling and simulation efforts. WBB Decision Management provides an orderly and scientific process for ranking options, quantifying data and formulating decisions in a complex environment using collaborative decision support tools such as “Think Tank” and "Team Expert Choice." Recent projects include the MRAP vehicle upgrade analyisis and the non-lethal technology assessment for Marine Corps Systems Command. Finally, WBB provides program management support which extends across the acquisition life cycle. This support includes acquisition (contract) planning; program strategy development, planning and control, and Integrated Product/Process Team (IPT) facilitation; documentation planning and management; risk management; and logistics analysis.
